Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned and strategic finance professional to lead our finance and accounting functions. The ideal candidate brings strong private equity and investment advisory experience, a proven track record of launching financial products, and deep technical knowledge in financial modeling, regulatory compliance, ERP systems, and performance reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Strategy & Reporting
 Lead financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting activities.
 Prepare and present accurate financial reports to the CEO and Board of Directors.
 Drive the preparation of both consolidated and unconsolidated financial statements.
Private Equity & Investment Reporting
 Develop and implement financial models to support fund management and investment decisions.
 Analyze portfolio performance and create benchmarking reports for investment portfolios.
 Oversee regulatory compliance and tax analysis for equity and fixed income portfolios.

Systems Implementation & Automation

 Lead the implementation and optimization of ERP systems.
 Design and execute automated invoicing and financial reporting workflows.
 Identify process gaps and streamline financial operations across departments.
Team Leadership
 Manage and mentor the finance and accounts team.
 Oversee performance evaluations, development plans, and workflow improvements.

Key Requirements:

 ACCA (Affiliated), B.Com in Accounting/Finance or equivalent.
 Minimum 6+ years of relevant experience, preferably in financial services or investment firms.
 Proven success in fund launches, ERP implementations, and board-level financial reporting.
 Expertise in financial modeling, variance analysis, and strategic planning.
 Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP software (Oracle Netsuite, Microsoft Power BI or similar).
 Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to lead in fast-paced environments.
 Excellent communication skills in English.
