.NET Backend Developer (Pakistan)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled .NET Backend Developer with strong experience in backend integrations, API handling, and Azure SQL. The ideal candidate will have expertise in building robust .NET applications, integrating with ERP systems, and working with reporting tools like Power BI. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and optimize .NET backend applications with a focus on API and webhook integrations.
• Implement secure and efficient data processing, storage, and retrieval mechanisms using Azure SQL Server.
• Design and execute API integrations with ERP systems such as NetSuite and reporting tools like Power BI.
• Ensure data consistency and reliability by implementing transaction management, logging, retries, and idempotency checks.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and provide seamless backend solutions.
• Develop and maintain stored procedures, T-SQL queries, and database structures to enhance performance.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve integration and performance issues in a timely manner.
• Stay up to date with .NET technologies, Azure services, and API best practices to improve system efficiency and scalability.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• 3+ years of experience in .NET development, with a focus on backend systems and integrations.
• Strong expertise in C#, .NET Core/Framework, and RESTful API development.
• Hands-on experience with Azure SQL Server and data manipulation using T-SQL.
• Proven experience integrating with APIs, webhooks, and third-party services.
• Familiarity with ERP systems like NetSuite and data visualization tools like Power BI.
• Strong knowledge of error handling, logging, and transaction management for reliable data flow.
• Experience working with cloud services (Azure/AWS) and microservices architecture is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with message queues (RabbitMQ, Azure Service Bus) for asynchronous data processing.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Understanding of software security principles and data protection best practices.
