We are currently seeking an experienced Certified Public Accountant (CPA) on a contract basis to support our clients with accounting, tax, and financial advisory services.

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review financial statements, tax returns, and accounting records for clients.
• Provide tax planning and compliance services, including federal and state tax filings.
• Perform audits, financial reviews, and risk assessments as needed.
• Offer strategic financial advice to businesses and individuals.
• Ensure compliance with IRS regulations and GAAP accounting principles.
• Work with bookkeeping and finance teams to streamline processes.
• Advise on business structure, financial planning, and growth strategies.

Requirements:

• Active CPA license in the U.S.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in public accounting or relevant field.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of U.S. tax codes, financial reporting, and compliance.
• Excellent communication and client management skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with corporate tax, S-Corps, and multi-state taxation.
• Familiarity with financial advisory and business consulting.
• Previous experience as an independent contractor or consultant.
