Job Title: General Manager (Collision Repair)

Location: Spearfish, SD 57783 (with additional locations in Sturgis, SD)

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Up to $100,000 per year

Schedule: Monday to Friday

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced General Manager to oversee the overall operation of our collision repair center. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the team, driving business growth, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Forecast goals and objectives for the center and strive to meet them
• Recruit, recognize, and retain talented teammates
• Monitor performance, provide leadership and coaching, and ensure required training for all employees
• Supervise sales, production, and administration of the center
• Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and procedures
• Review estimates for accuracy and compliance with company and client guidelines
• Monitor regulatory compliance, including hazmat regulations and documentation
• Foster a culture of safety and encourage repeat and referral business

Requirements:

• Proven track record of growing and managing an auto body collision environment
• Ability to manage all aspects of the business, including sales, customer service, and production efficiency
• CCC One experience
• Valid driver’s license required
• Eligible to work in the United States
• Willing and able to pass a thorough background check
