Position Title: Documentation & Process Coordinator
Location: Remote
Experience Level: 4+ years


About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented, tech-savvy Documentation & Process Coordinator to support our team with process mapping, documentation, and administrative coordination across various platforms. You will receive tasks directly from management and be responsible for transforming business requirements into clear, actionable documentation and diagrams. Your role will be key in ensuring our internal systems, support tools, and knowledge bases are organized, up-to-date, and effective.


Key Responsibilities

  •   Create and maintain clear, professional documentation for business processes, workflows, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  •     Design process maps and flowcharts using tools such as PowerPoint, Visio, or Lucidchart
  •     Manage and organize content in platforms such as SharePoint, Process Street, Freshdesk, Ninety, and Jira
  •     Assist in task tracking, reporting, and documentation using Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  •     Communicate effectively (written and verbal) to gather information, clarify requirements, and deliver polished documentation
  •     Ensure consistent formatting and version control across all documentation
  •     Maintain internal knowledge bases and support articles
  •     Handle assigned administrative and documentation tasks in a timely and efficient manner

Qualifications:

  •   Proven experience in documentation, business analysis, or process coordination roles
  •     Strong skills in creating flowcharts, diagrams, and professional documents
  •     Proficient with the following tools/platforms:
  •         Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  •         SharePoint
  •         Process Street
  •         Freshdesk
  •         Ninety
  •         Jira
  •     Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  •     Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  •     Ability to take initiative and work independently while following direction

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working in dynamic, fast-paced environments

    Familiarity with Agile or EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) frameworks

    Experience creating SOPs, internal guides, and training materials
