About the Role

We are looking for a Creative Designer with a marketing mindset to create high-impact visual content for our B2B audience across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube. The ideal candidate will design interactive posts, videos, and branding assets that align with international standards while driving business growth. Additionally, you will collaborate directly with clients to understand their needs and guide them on enhancing their design strategy. 


Key Responsibilities

✅ Design engaging social media posts, infographics, and videos for B2B marketing. 
✅ Ensure brand consistency while innovating with fresh, conversion-driven creatives
✅ Work closely with the marketing team to align visuals with business goals
✅ Conduct client calls to gather requirements and advise on design improvements. 
✅ Stay updated on global design trends and competitor strategies. 
✅ Optimize designs for lead generation and brand awareness

Requirements

✔ 6+ years in social media/graphic design
✔ Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects), Canva, Figma
✔ Strong visual storytelling skills for LinkedIn, FB, Insta, YouTube. 
✔ Understanding of marketing funnels and lead generation
✔ Ability to interpret client needs and translate them into compelling designs. 
✔ Knowledge of international design standards and branding

Bonus Skills:

  • Motion graphics/animation. 
  • Basic understanding of UI/UX principles
  • Data-driven design (A/B testing, performance metrics).
