Location: Spearfish, SD 57783 (with additional locations in Sturgis, SD)

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $57,000 per year

Schedule: Monday to Friday

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Collision Technician to join our team. As a Collision Technician, you will be responsible for repairing vehicles thoroughly, safely, and profitably in accordance with our standard operating procedures, insurance partner guidelines, and industry standards.

Responsibilities:

• Examine damaged vehicles and plan efficient repair processes
• Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding vehicle repair status
• Disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles to ensure quality repairs
• Make informed decisions on repair vs. replace, considering safety, cost, and cycle time
• Attend and participate in daily production meetings to collaborate with the team

Requirements:

• Ability to operate a frame machine
• Knowledge of vehicle repair processes by manufacturer
